2020 SUMMER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ATTENTION PARENTS!

Our Summer Program sponsored by Everett Buick-GMC will be June 1-July 31 from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday and all members will be served breakfast and lunch. We will be closed June 29-July 4.

Due to COVID-19, we have limited membership space based on guidelines set by the Arkansas Department of Health.

Due to these restrictions, we will have 100 memberships available at the Riverside Club for the opening of the summer program, and 40 memberships available at the Cedar Mountain Club.

For our Summer Programs at both locations, members must be between the ages of 6-15 years old .

Summer sign ups for our Riverside & Cedar Mountain Clubs have been scheduled for Monday, May 11 at 7 a.m.

Sign ups for the RIVERSIDE CLUB will take place at the Riverside Club. Staff will instruct upon arrival the proper procedures for lining up. The registration fee for the 8-week summer program will be $300. If your child is eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch in their school district the registration fee for the 8-week summer program is $150.

Sign ups for CEDAR MOUNTAIN will take place at the Cedar Mountain Club. Staff will instruct upon arrival the proper procedures for lining up. The registration fee for the 8-week summer program will be $230. If your child is eligible for Free/Reduced Lunch in their school district the registration fee for the 8-week summer program is $115.

There will be NO ONLINE REGISTRATION this year. Please be prepared Monday, May 11 to pay in full for the Summer Program.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our Riverside and Cedar Mountain Clubs will have a 10:2 member to staff ratio , and spread programs throughout each Club to follow the recommended safety guidelines of members staying 6 feet apart. Additionally, members will have their temperature checked upon arrival, as well as at noon. The Club will be regularly cleaned, and members will have several hand washing trips scheduled throughout the day.

Again, these changes are made with the best interest and safety of our members, parents, staff and community in mind. We will reevaluate the situation as the Governor releases information and make necessary adjustments.

If you have any questions, please call 501-315-8100.

Thank you ALL and remember,

BE GREAT! Together, we can build a greater future for our youth!
