Thank you for your ongoing support to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Saline County! We are grateful for your generosity and help in furthering our mission.
In the past, Saline County and beyond has been faithful to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Saline County at our Fall Fundraiser featuring Justin Moore. The funds raised from this annual gathering help the Club tremendously. Our kids and parents count on the Club to offer quality after-school and summer care and we count on YOU to be able to deliver these services.
Sadly, due to COVID-19, we cannot gather with the Club's closest friends and supporters in the gym with Justin Moore during this time. Together, we can still make a difference in Saline County by pledging to do WHATEVER IT TAKES.
Check back each week to see who is taking the pledge to do
WHATEVER IT TAKES!
We knew we had to kick off our pledge highlights by visiting with our friends at Everett Chevrolet.
They not only took the Justin Moore pledge but they are also our after-school sponsor this year. They make a difference each day at our Club and we are so thankful. Thank you Mr. Luke for hanging out with us.
Roberson & Associates Insurance
Thank you to Nancy Jackson and Kaci Vance with for sitting down with us and talking about why you took the Justin Moore pledge to do WHATEVER IT TAKES. We love when close friends become Club family.
Rineco a heritage company
We had a blast visiting our friends at Rineco A Heritage Company. One of their favorite things about our Club is that we are a safe place for kids to come after school and we help our members form relationships that last a life time. We always say our kids wont always remember the programs we run BUT they will remember the relationships and mentors they are with each day.
OH HEY Bouquet
This week we are visiting with Sarah Beth Prickett the owner of Oh Hey Bouquet. Sarah Beth started coming to the Club at a young age and she immediately found a second home. She is our current Jeff Mattingly Foundation Youth of the Year and staff member. We are so proud of the young woman Sarah Beth has become and we are humbled that she chooses to give back to the place she loves dearly.
Thank you Oh Hey Bouquet!
The Chenault Family
We are blessed to have friends in the community where their support for our Club runs deep in their family. The Chenault Family is a great example. They first got involved in the 80’s when the Club was called “The Boys Club” and only boys joined. They have participated in our sports programs, after school program, came to our events and worked as Staff. Each member of their family has had a hand in our success through the years. We thank the Chenault Family and many others like them who continue to pour into our mission.
It is amazing to be able to have friends like Brookhill Ranch. Their mission aligns with ours in many ways. We have the same goal and that is to serve children and our community.
The Jeff Mattingly Foundation
From the first moment the Mattingly family stepped foot into our Club, they fell in love with all we stand for. We are blessed to be able to call them friends. Our kids love when they come by the club to visit. We recently sat down and interviewed them on why they continue, after all these years, to do whatever it takes for our kids. It is clear… the answer is, and will always be, because they love our community and have a passion for serving others. The Mattingly family, through The Jeff Mattingly Foundation, pledges to do whatever it takes and here is their story!

Glover Electric, Inc. is owned and operated by Brad Glover and Kevin Wingerter, and has been a supporter of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Saline County for 24 years. Brad and Kim Glover have been involved in just about every aspect our Club has to offer from kids playing sports to becoming Staff, serving on the Board and volunteer committees, and being an all-around handyman for more than just electrical needs at any of our Club sites. In 2016, the Glover family made a philanthropic decision to name the Boys & Girls Clubs of Saline County Board Room. The Glover Family Board Room, in memory of Carl Glover, Sr., is used daily here at the Club and we’re so proud to display this family’s name.
Kevin came to see us at the Club yesterday and sat down with Club members, Jayden and Brynn, to tell us why Glover Electric, Inc. always has and always will pledge to do Whatever it Takes. We enjoyed reminiscing with Kevin about his days playing sports at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Saline County, and are grateful to him for giving back to the Club!
Glover Electric Inc. is a wonderful example of good business, strong leadership, and a charitable community focus.
Thank you from all of us here at the Club, we’re proud to be your friends!
